Two prominent cases\u2014the <strong>Infosys\u2013Rajiv Bansal<\/strong> arbitration and the ongoing <strong>Wipro\u2013Jatin Dalal<\/strong> case\u2014highlight how arbitration is being used to resolve such high-stakes conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Rajiv Bansal\u2013Infosys Arbitration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2015, Rajiv Bansal resigned as CFO of Infosys.
